Personal History |
I was born in Detroit in 1958 to Scott and Phyllis (Collins) Isaacson. I have two older brothers, Lyndon and Alan. Family vacations consisted of going to Minnesota to visit relatives, which was where my parents came from. We would visit Grandma and Grandpa, (maternal side) Nonnie and Pop (paternal side) and other relatives that were in the area. I held a Paper route from age 12 to 17 for the Detroit News. I played Clarinet and Alto Saxophone all through school and into college. I received an Associate Degree for Climate Control Technology from Macomb Community College. In 1985, I married Stella Lavin; we spent a lot of our vacations on Mackinac Island, going almost every year. We have been on a Carribean Cruise, (our Honeymoon) Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Disney World, Boston, Minnesota, Gettysburg, PA, Marthas Vineyard, Newport, RI, Las Vegas,NV, Paris, France and London, England. In 1991, Jeremy, our first son was born. In 1995, Lee was born. They are two great boys, who keep us very entertained.
